Shipping policy

We currently ship within Qatar.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered via a local courier. We aim to pack each order with care and a touch of joy.

A standard delivery fee is applied at checkout.
(We may move to calculated rates in the future to better reflect courier costs.)

You’ll receive a notification once your order is on the way. If you need something urgently or have special delivery notes, feel free to reach out before ordering — we’ll do our best to help.

While we can’t control courier delays, we’ll always do our best to help track your package if needed.
